Regardless of where we work, what we study in college, and what our family values are, we all want to hear a YES! at the end of any request. Our life progresses through this simple monosyllabic word. Projects are approved, sales are made, jobs won, marriages made, etc.There are dozens (if not hundreds) of books on persuasion, most based on personal experience and talent. They are good, worth reading. But it would be much better if there were a book that revealed scientifically proven techniques in decades of research, study and analysis of how to persuade people and get the desired YES!
